Our Year 2 and 3 pupils in Owl Class visited the Radstock Museum to learn about life in Victorian times. Pupils and teachers fully embraced the experience by dressing in Victorian-style clothing for the day. The children explored what life was like for Victorian school children, discovered the harsh realities of the workhouses and mines, and even experienced buying sweets from large jars using old-fashioned coins. It was an unforgettable day that brought history to life and enriched their understanding of our History curriculum.
