Reception September 2026

A child can start school in the September after they turn 4 years old.

We will be running tours for prospective parents by APPOINTMENT ONLY on:

Wednesday 15th October 2025 9.30am

Friday 7th November 2025- 9.30am

Thursday 8th January 2026- 9.30am

Please contact our school office to book a place.

Applications for Reception places open on the 29th September 2025 and closes on the 15th January 2026. Applications for our school for a Reception 2026 place should be made directly to Somerset County council.

Any late applications must be made directly to Somerset County Council. 

Outcome emails will be sent to those who applied online and letters will be sent out by second class post to those who applied using a paper form  on 16 April 2026.

As a Voluntary Aided primary school we are our own admissions authority so all enquiries should be to the school office in the first instance. Please call the office to book a school tour; our admission policies and application forms are below.
