After School Club message

The following message is from ActivEd Ltd, who provide our “After School Club”.
Dear Parents and Carers,
We at ActivEd Ltd are pleased to be working alongside Chewton Mendip Primary School to provide an Ofsted Registered high-quality onsite wrap around care. The After School Club is packed full of a range of different activities so that every child is entertained and in an environment they can relax and enjoy.
Times & Pricing:
The After School Club is split into two sessions with each session costing £4.00. The first session runs from 3:20-4:30pm and includes a healthy snack, the second session from 4:30-6:00pm. If your child is attending another after school club there is the option to book them in for just the second session.
We are very excited to introduce our brand new online booking service made especially for the parents. This system allows parents to create a family account where they can add all of their children, making it easier to book, manage and pay for any of the services we have to offer! Creating an account
It couldn’t be simpler, to create account please click here and fill in all the boxes. Please note that if any information is missing the booking system will not allow you to make a booking. There is a annual charge of £3.00 to set up the account and this is to cover all of the administration involved, this will not need to be paid until the first booking has been made. You will only need to have one account per family as there is the option to add more than one child.
Making a booking
This booking system allows you to book anything from one session to a whole years worth in one go. You are able to make a booking anytime up to the start of the activity, but please note that if the activity is full the system will not allow you to book on.
You are now able to pay for any booking online by debit or credit card or by childcare vouchers. You are also able to set up a monthly payment plans if you are booking for a large duration of time. Please note that payment for any activity must be paid for in full at least 3 days before the activity commences. If a payment has not been received by this time the booking will be cancelled and your child will not be able to attend unless they are rebooked in and payment has been made.
Changing or cancelling a booking
Managing your bookings could not be easier, to change or cancel your bookings you simply login into your account and cancel the dates you have booked and then select the new ones. You are able to do this anytime up to 3 hours before the start of the activity where you will then receive a credit of your booking for any future bookings. Please note that no refunds will be given for a cancellation. If a booking is cancelled within 3 hours prior to the start of the activity you will still be charged the full price of the booking.
Dropping off or Collecting:
When collecting your child please go to the school’s top building and ring the After Club intercom on the right on the front door and someone will bring out you child/ren.
